1. Who these terms are with
This website is operated by Radiant Solar Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17302381, whose registered office is at 9 Ermine Close, Bourne, Lincolnshire, PE10 9XH. "NRG Solar" is a trading name of Radiant Solar Ltd. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Radiant Solar Ltd.
2. The nature of our service
We are a brokerage. We assess commercial buildings and introduce them to independent installers from our vetted network. We do not design, install, commission or maintain solar or energy systems, and we are not an installer.
Any works contract is formed directly between you and the installer. We are not a party to it. The installer is solely responsible for its survey, design, pricing, workmanship, commissioning, warranties and aftercare, and any claim arising from those matters lies against the installer and not against us.
Our vetting is a set of checks carried out at the point an installer enters our network, as described on our website. It is not a guarantee, warranty or endorsement of any installer's work, financial standing or continued compliance.
Our service is free to you. We are paid a fee by the installer where a project proceeds to completion. We disclose this because it is relevant to how you weigh our introduction.
3. Indicative figures
The figures produced by our online assessment are indicative estimates generated from the information you supply and from published assumptions, which are shown alongside the results. They are not a quotation, a survey, a design, or a guarantee of performance, saving or payback.
Actual system size, yield, saving and cost can only be established by a site survey and a formal proposal from an installer, and may differ materially from the indicative figures. You should not enter into any commitment in reliance on the indicative figures alone.
4. Use of this website
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that breaches applicable law, infringes our or any third party's rights, or impairs the operation of the site.
5. Lead referrals
By submitting your details through our feasibility tool or any contact form, you consent to being contacted by us and, where appropriate, by a vetted commercial solar installer operating in your area. Installers are independent businesses. We are not responsible for the actions, advice, or workmanship of any installer we introduce you to.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and tools, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss or damage arising from your use of this website or any feasibility estimates provided. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
